Where did the idea come from?

It all started from a conversation I had with myself and later with God.  I absolutely love to make designs that are in-layed to give different images. The retirement plaques are a perfect example. Well, I wanted to make something for married couples who had blended families. I already make them with the family last name, but what about for families where children may have a different last name?  That’s when I came up with creating the husband & wife’s first names.  I prayed about this design and it’s when God reminded me that the man shall leave his mother and father to become one with his wife.
